Patients are seen by appointment.
We do our best to accommodate our patients as quickly as possible.
Prescriptions are issued during
office hours. Our staff calls in prescriptions after
morning patients and following afternoon patient, unless there
is an emergency.

Insurance
Most insurance companies offer out of network benefits.
Therefore, if we do not participate with your plan, we can
see you using your out of network benefits. We will
work with you to best utilize these benefits.

Medical
Records
All our patients' medical records are kept confidential.
Copies of records are furnished only when requested in writing.We
request that you please advise front desk of any changes in
name, address, telephone numbers, marital status or insurance
coverage which may have occurred since your last visit.

Patient
Education
Periodically, we provide information to educate
our patients on common diseases, nutrition and fitness.
